Who we are

HR for SmallBiz is a quality provider of human resources services specifically catering for the needs of small and medium sized businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Whilst small businesses are required to comply to the same employment laws as large multi-national corporations, they do not have the time or resources to focus on this important part of their business. Likewise, the maze of changing employment laws place an added burden and risk on the small business owner.

Our goal is to fill that gap – to provide quality HR support to small business owners. Since 2004 our team of experienced HR, IR and Workplace Safety consultants have assisted hundreds of businesses to create and manage productive, rewarding and lawful workplace cultures.
